Where do I start?
Simply reach out through text, call or email. We will get in touch to set up a walk-through for your place of business. After your personalized walk-through we will send you a quote within 24 hours.
What are your prices?
Each building is different, and above all, we wish to tailor each cleaning to what your business needs. Two buildings of identical size and shape can have vastly different workloads. When you sign a recurring cleaning contract with us, you are charged the same price for each cleaning for the duration of the contract. For all of our services we charge a minimum of $54 per visit. To get an idea of our prices, here is an example of a small office priced for a standard cleaning. We priced this office at $58.40 per cleaning after seeing it had low foot traffic. What Venues do you service?
At our core, Stars & Pines Cleaning is a commercial cleaning company. As such, we service several types of establishments including: Office spaces, Industrial Spaces, Retail, Event Centers, Churches, Vacation Rentals, and more. If you are not sure if we service your type of business or building, feel free to contact us and we will get back to you ASAP.
What Locations do you service?
Stars & Pines Cleaning is situated in beautiful Post Falls, Idaho. We primarily Service customers in the greater Coeur d'Alene area. For a full list of our service areas, please visit our business page here. Businesses outside our regular service area maybe still be available for our service with a travel fee.
How am I protected?
We value your business, and as such we wish to take every step to protect our clients in the event of unforeseen circumstances. Stars & Pines Cleaning uses industry standard cleaning insurance, as well as a bond to ensure any mishap on our part does not affect your business.
How often should I have X cleaned?
We recommend having Office, Industrial, and Retail spaces cleaned at least once a week to maintain professional appearance and remove harmful bacteria. Cleanings should increase if you have a high traffic building or have high end clients. As an example, Event Centers and Rentals should be cleaned after each use. It is recommended that you have your carpets steam cleaned every 6 months to a year. Vinyl floors should also be stripped and waxed every 6 months to a year.
